Bulk Mailing Services - includes folding printed matter, inserting into envelopes, applying address labels and preparing for bulk or regular mailing.  (Envelopes and address labels can be supplied by the vendor).  Charges Apply. 

Inventory Management

You will have the ability to access your account via the web, to see status on inventory, orders and shipping reports at your convenience.   This provides a way for you to keep informed of your business without having to wait for reports to be generated and sent to you.   Automated customer support via email, phone, on-line chat.  Monthly charges.

Customer Support Services

Fulfillment Werks Customer Contact Center (CCC) Support - Flexible Service Packages.

1.Telephone– Software based telephony, calls are queued to Fulfillment Werks CCC.

2. Email – Incoming emails can be automatically routed to our CCC.

3. Web Chat and Co-Browse – Website customers can participate in an on-line chat with a Fulfillment Werks Representative and jointly navigate web pages together to move through the website looking for product or answering questions.

4. Self Service/FAQs – An easy way to find answers to questions – customers can browse through a knowledgebase to find information on the products on your site.
