Account Setup

Services that help set up backend operations for your ecommerce site.   Includes inventory procedures, shipping and handling procedures of merchandise, and setting store policy guidelines.

Storage Facility

We provide a safe and secure warehouse facility with organized storage of your inventory to make the most efficient use of space occupied. 

Order Processing

Most orders received by 12 noon are shipped out the same day (special conditions may apply). All other orders are shipped the next business day.  Pricing includes preparation of shipping label, packing slip, and handling services. Special  packaging for items and or packing materials that may be required for safe shipping are an additional charge.

Vendor may provide preprinted materials to go along with each order at no additional charge, as well as any boxes or envelopes that are preprinted with logo.

Rush Orders

Orders received after 12:00 p.m. that is designated as Express or Rush delivery may go out the same day via the best shipper to get your merchandise to its destination.  Charges Apply.

International Orders

We will handle and pack your product for international shipping.  This service includes preparation of customs documents.   We will also select the best shipper to get your products to your customer in a timely manner and in the best condition.  Charges Apply.

Returns Processing

Return handling per your store policies and specifications.  Returns and exchanges of goods are sent directly to Fulfillment Werks for processing and handling.  Charges Apply.
